We provide court room "essentials" to each family. The bag we provide is full of things A family might need while sitting in the court room. 

We provide toys and art supplies and other goodies for kids and youth who have lost someone to a violent crime. We have A table set up at our support group for families to chose one treat per child each month.  We also offer them to the families upon first meeting them.  

We provide meals to families while they are in active trial. During that time a lot of families are too stressed and full of anxiety that they are too tired and overwhelmed to not only remember to eat but to prepare meals.  

We help to provide formal wear and hair and makeup services to youth wanting to attend formal dances and high school graduation.

Going through a murder trial is the second hardest thing a family will go through after losing someone so tragically. The stress and anxiety it puts on their body and mental health is significant. We want to be able to provide families with a weekend getaway following the end of their trial. 

Throughout the year we partner with other non profit organizations to spread awareness and to remember the victims taken by violent crimes. Your donations help us to put these events on and to keep the victims names and stories from being forgotten. 

We partner with Survivors Way in helping to create murals of homicide victims around the city and surrounding areas to help spread awareness and keep their stories alive. These murals are not cheap to have painted and maintained. Your  donations help us to get them painted by professional artists and keep them maintained.

Throughout the year there are several conventions and retreats put on by organizations for homicide survivors. We would like to provide people with the opportunities to attend who can not attend due to fiancial hardships.  These conventions and retreats can make a  world of change in peoples lives.
